The Kootenay Literary Competition! As with previous years, there are two age groups — youth (grades 7-12) and adult (18+ years) — competing for cash prizes in creative fiction, non-fiction, and poetry categories.
Key competition dates:
- All entries must be received by 5 pm on Friday, January 17, 2014.
- Winners will be contacted on March 7, 2014.
- Prizes will be awarded at our Awards Celebration on March 14, 2014.
